Sprocket: Upgrades to System

Sprocket has had an unexpected upgrade to the system. It may take from 2 to 24 hours to upgrade throughout external locations. Please try periodically to get into Sprocket over the next 24 hours to see if you can log in.
In the meantime, please contact the GSD Call Center at 832.393.8400 to report any work orders (see instructions posted on the HPL Intranet). If after 24 hours you still cannot get into Sprocket, please let me know. Sorry for any inconvenience.
