Below are the instructions for this year’s Operation School Supplies promotion, as discussed in Thursday’s Managers’ Meeting.
Library locations should receive boxes and signs early next week from FIDS. We have taken Rob Wright’s suggestion (thanks, Rob!) and created signage that better describes HPL’s participation in the program, as opposed to the large posters provided by our partners. We ask that you place these boxes and signs in your facility’s entry vestibule (if applicable) without blocking a clear path of travel (four feet or more) between the exterior and interior doorways. Otherwise, please identify a location that does not reduce any aisle to less than three feet.
Please place the box and sign on Wednesday, July 15th.
