There is a form that staff can use to contact Axis360 with technical issues. The link to it can be found on the Staff Training Portal Axis360 webpage at
http://training.houstonlibrary.org/Axis360. Marianne Lorio recommends contacting Axis360 when there are issues (we have very little control over the service), but you may always e-mail her for assistance or follow up.
