The new contractor for the HVAC system is TDI. We don't yet have an after hours number for them, so if the building is too hot or too cold after 4 PM during the week or on Saturdays, call the GSD Property Management On Call After Hours Contact number (713.213.8776) and call or email Karrington Burnett. Sprocket any A/C issues that occur during normal business hours.
