October Announcements

THe meeting room calendar is up for January 2011.

Please remember to put the Name of the group, the contact person, their phone number, the time they are going to be in the room (ex. 11AM - 4), and you initials when you make an entry.

Also, recently people have not been keeping track of Reference and Directional questions. It is actually more important to do this than any other statistic we track since it directly determines staffing. Please try and be as accurate as possible!

I have no opened the calendar for October 2010.

We can accept room reservations through the end of that month now.

Please put on the calendar the name of the group and the name of the person who reserves the room. It makes it much easier to get the right people to the right place.
